Q: What if I need maintenance in my home?

If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on this website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call our office number or stop by the leasing office or concierge service at any time. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours for non-emergency repairs.

Q: Is storage available?

Yes, you can lease a storage unit located on every floor at your convenience.

Q: Will you send me a bill for each rental installment?

No, payment is due on the 1st of every month, and a bill will not be sent. However, you can find a copy of your payment schedule on the front page of your lease agreement as well as through your resident portal. We accept payment via check or money order through the leasing office, or you can pay online through the resident portal on this website.

Q: Does the building have security features?

Yes, we have access control card readers on all exterior doors and interior doors. Also, we have video surveillance cameras.

Q: How long of a lease will I need to sign?

Redwood Campus Center offers a year lease term for the best price. We will offer a 6-12 month lease term with a short-term lease fee applied. However, if at any point you cannot live in our community after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.

Q: How long does it take to get approved for a lease? What information is needed?

As little as 24-48 hours, we accept electronic or credit card payments for rent; however, money order or cashier's checks for the move-in fees and deposit is required. Having all the requirements submitted such as initial fees paid, proof of income, and a Government Issued Identification can expedite the application and approval process.
