Each apartment living area and kitchen comes with a living room couch, side table, a wardrobe, another table, and a kitchen table with chairs. In your bedroom, you will have a full-size bed, nightstand, four-drawer dresser, and a desk with a chair. You also have the availability to add a washer and dryer into your unit instead of using the laundry room located on each floor.
We require a background check to make sure you are a qualified tenant. Based on the information you provide on your application, we will run a credit check. We also reserve the right to contact your former landlord for a reference and contact your employer for the employment verification you supplied on the application.
There is a nonrefundable application fee of $35 dollars. The application fee is to process your rental application with a credit check, rental history check, employment check, income verification, and background check. This can be paid online or in the leasing office with a check or money order made out to Redwood Campus Center. There is also a refundable security deposit due when you submit your lease agreement. This will either be a one or one and a half month deposit amount.
You will live within three blocks of all academic and medical buildings.

Redwood Campus Center offers a self-contained and secured Parking Garage. The parking fee is not included in your rent but can be purchased separately. For pricing and other parking options, please call 410-777-8577 with questions.
In order to pre-qualify for an apartment, your annual income will need to be 2.5 times your yearly rent. The annual income can include financial aid funds and tuition living expenses. If you don’t financially qualify, you can use a guarantor who must fill out an application that shows financial stability. (NOTE: must be a guarantor with a social security number.)
Yes, if you cannot come to Baltimore, MD, to view your apartment, we can help you find an apartment with a virtual tour. The application process, lease signing process, and payments can all be handled online.
As little as 24-48 hours, we accept electronic or credit card payments for rent; however, money order or cashier’s checks for the move-in fees and deposit is required. Having all the requirements submitted such as initial fees paid, proof of income, and a Government Issued Identification can expedite the application and approval process. Redwood Campus Center offers a year lease term for the best price. We will offer a 6-12 month lease term with a short-term lease fee applied. However, if at any point you cannot live in our community after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.
Yes, we have access control card readers on all exterior doors and interior doors. Also, we have video surveillance cameras.
You will need valid Government Issued Identification such as a driver’s license, ID, or a passport to view an apartment. To apply for an apartment, it’s helpful to have your paycheck stubs, financial aid refund documentation, verified tuition living expense, verification of income, or an offer letter of employment.
We actively encourage those who have symptoms of COVID-19 or who are otherwise sick to stay home or in their living quarters unless seeking medical care. The use of CDC-recommended masks among residents, workers, and visitors in common areas and the public is required. We encourage social distancing by asking personnel and residents who are not from the same household and visitors to stay at least 6 feet (2 meters) apart whenever possible. Our organization supports healthy hygiene behaviors by providing supplies, including soap, hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol, a way to dry hands, tissues, disinfectant wipes, and masks (as feasible). Redwood Campus Center will have signs in highly visible locations (e.g., building entrances, leasing office, and elevators) that promote everyday protective measures and describe how to stop the spread of germs (such as social distancing, by properly washing hands, proper cough etiquette, and adequately wearing a mask).
Your monthly payments include your electricity, water, trash, high-speed internet in every room, and wireless connectivity throughout the building!
No, payment is due on the 1st of every month, and a bill will not be sent. However, you can find a copy of your payment schedule on the front page of your lease agreement as well as through your resident portal. We accept payment via check or money order through the leasing office, or you can pay online through the resident portal on this website.
Yes, you can lease a storage unit located on every floor at your convenience.
If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on this website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call our office number or stop by the leasing office or concierge service at any time. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours for non-emergency repairs.
